Refund and Returns Policy

At Aesthetic DFW Doghouse, your satisfaction and your pet’s comfort are our top priorities. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our modern pet palaces. While we hope you and your furry friend will love your new home, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we want to ensure you’re protected by our warranty. Please review our policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Condition of Item: All returned items must be:

    • In their original, unassembled, and unused or partially used condition.

    • Free from any pet hair, odors, scratches, or damage.

    • In their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items that have been  used or assembled haphazardly.

    • Items that have been used by a pet or show any signs of wear and tear.

    • Custom or personalized orders.

    • Final Sale or Clearance items.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at  support@aestheticdfwdoghouse.com within the 30-day return window. Please include:

    • Your order number.

    • The item(s) you wish to return.

    • The reason for your return.

  2. Return Authorization (RMA): Our team will review your request and, if approved, will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed instructions for your return. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

  3. Packaging: Carefully re-package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all parts and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect purchase, or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Due to the size and weight of our products, these costs can be significant.

  • Recommended Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Shipping Address: We will provide the specific return shipping address along with your RMA number.


4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your returned item is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our team (typically within 1-3 business days of receipt) to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.

  • Approval & Processing:

    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

    • Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% may apply to all non-defective returns to cover the costs of inspection, re-packaging, and administrative processing. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged during return transit (if not insured by customer), or missing parts, at our sole discretion.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, please initiate a return for the original item (following the policy above) and place a new order for the desired product.


6. Damaged or Defective Items (Received on Delivery)

We meticulously inspect every dog house before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive a defective item:

  • Report Immediately: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at  support@aestheticdfwdoghouse.com report the issue.

  • Provide Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the damage or defect, along with packaging condition.

  • Our Responsibility: If the damage or defect is verified, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a full refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the circumstances. We will provide clear instructions for returning the damaged item.


7. Warranty Information

Aesthetic DFW Doghouse provides a limited warranty on all our dog houses against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period is  3 months or 6 months from the date of delivery.

  • What is Covered: This warranty covers defects that impair the functionality or structural integrity of the dog house, such as:

    • Cracks or splits in the wood (if not caused by misuse or weather damage).

    • Faulty hardware or construction.

    • Significant defects in the finish or weatherproofing.

  • What is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratches, or minor imperfections.

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or improper assembly.

    • Damage caused by pets (chewing, scratching, etc.).

    • Damage caused by extreme weather conditions (e.g., floods, hurricanes).

  • How to Make a Warranty Claim:

    1. Contact our customer service team at  support@aestheticdfwdoghouse.com the warranty period, providing your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs or video demonstrating the issue.

    2. Our team will assess the claim and, if approved, will provide instructions for repair, replacement of parts, or, in some cases, a full replacement of the dog house.

    3. We will cover the shipping costs for warranty-related repairs or replacements.

  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
