Free Shipping: We offer free shipping in Canada and US on select items or orders over $350 USD. Keep an eye on our website for these offers!
Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic (U.S.): Standard delivery typically takes 2 business days after the order has been shipped.
International: At this time, we only ship within the United States, Canada and Australia. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your dog house arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@aestheticdfwdoghous.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. If you still can’t locate it, contact us, and we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and nature of our products.
We’re unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. If you need to ship to more than one location, please place a separate order for each address.
